During dead night while the informant was sleeping along with her husband and children, she woke-up hearing alarm of her husband whereupon she saw petitioner Rajesh Dom having caught hold both hands of her husband and Jirendra Dom engaged in inflicting Chhura blows which ultimately caused his death. At that very moment, Harku Dom @ Surendra Dom and accused petitioner Akhilesh Dom were present and were instigating. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners Rajesh Dom and Akhilesh Dom are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties o the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S.
