One country made loaded katta and two live cartridges along with one mobile are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 07.11.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S.Case No.321 of 2015.
