The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jandaha P.S. Case No.121 of 2021 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 36 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confession.

It is further submitted that the alleged vehicles, from which liquor has been recovered, do not belong to the petitioner.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

No.58612 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd-cum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S.
