2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the accusation against the accused persons including the petitioner is of killing Informant's daughter namely Arti Kumari for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.
4. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63782 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2024 i.e. for more than one and half year and submits that charge-sheet has been submitted on 31.05.2024 in which seven witnesses named are mentioned but, up till now, no any charge-sheet witnesses have turned for evidence and, thus, there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.
6. In compliance to the order of this Court dated 09.07.2025, the learned court below has sent report dated 05.08.2025 regarding present stage of trial.

The report of the learned District and Additional Sessions Jduge-IV, Patna City dated 05.08.2025 shows that the charge against the accused Sanjay Kumar Ray has been framed on 28.07.2025 and total seven witnesses have been cited in the witness column of the charge-sheet. Summons have been issued but no any prosecution witness has been examined as yet.
8. This Court finds that there the petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2024 and trial is going on but, not a single witness has been examined as yet.
9. In that view of the matter, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46914 of 2025(3) dt.02-09-2025 3/3 like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024, subject to the following conditions;
(i) One of the bailor(s) shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the court below.
10. The learned court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously.
