Petitioner is accused in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 11 of 2013 registered under Section 394 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has come mere on suspicion raised by spy and he was remanded in this case on 02.02.2015 since then he is in custody. It is also submitted that petitioner is accused in two other cases, but in which he is on bail. It is also submitted that nothing incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has not been put on test identification parade, while the victim is claiming to identify the culprits on seeing them.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
