2. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No.168 of 2023 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 11 litre of Mahua. The petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51674 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1 in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 168/2023.
