1. Heard the parties.

2. Petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 256 of 2024 dated 16.05.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 272, 273 read with 34 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant matter relates to the recovery of 46 litres of country made liquor and the same is alleged to have been recovered from the motor- cycle of the petitioners on which they were riding. In fact, the petitioners have falsely been implicated by the police and they had no connection with the

It is further submitted that petitioners have got fair and clean antecedent and they have been languishing in jail since 16.05.2024 and the investigation against them has been completed.

4. Mr. Arun Kumar, learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly taking into account the petitioners' fair and clean antecedent and completion of investigation against them, this court is inclined to release them on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioners namedabove be released on bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 256 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
