2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 178 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 2 litres of mahua wine from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no concern with the seized liquor. Recovery of illicit liquor was made from joint house of the petitioner and petitioner is residing in Daman. Petitioner was not present at the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48556 of 2025(3) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 place of occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the investigation of this case.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 178 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) khushbu/- U T
