Petitioners are accused in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 registered under Sections 461 and 379 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, theft articles, as detailed in the F.I.R., have been recovered from the house of the co-accused Surendra Mahto, who disclosed the name of these petitioners saying that they have also involved in the committing theft. Except that, there is nothing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13572 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 against the petitioners to show their involvement in the present case. Moreover, petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 08.01.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016.
