2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 , 471 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is alleged to have obtained the appointment on post of Niyojit Panchayat Teacher on the basis of false and fabricated educational certificates.
4. By filing supplementary affidavit, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has already been terminated from her service by letter No. 16 dta.ed 12.04.2023 issued by the Niyojan Unit Pipara , Parsain P . S. -Sonbarsa District
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50367 of 2023(3) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 Sitamarhi in light of letter No. 2010 dated- 05.04.2023 issued by the Block Education Officer, Sonbarsa , Sitamarhi.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. case No. 100 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
