JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be dewar of the deceased and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the husband of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 16.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28287 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
