1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 29.02.2024 but in the last paragraph, it has been inadvertently typed as- "in connection with Kundwa (Kunwan) Chainpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C." when it ought to have been "in connection with Kundwa (Kunwan) Chainpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015, Saran at Chapra, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C."
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48863 of 2023(5) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 29.02.2024 is modified to read as- "Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kundwa (Kunwan) Chainpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015, Saran at Chapra, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C"
4. According, the instant application stands disposed of.
