The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 30.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, in connection with Harnaut P.S.Case No. 394 of 2014.
