This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 461, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. From the possession of the petitioner certain stolen articles were recovered.

The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report, but his name surfaced during investigation on the basis of confessional statement of Rinku Yadav and the petitioner is in jail since 13.01.2016. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.
