Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 18.8.2014 in a case registered under sections 304B, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Mother-in-law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court whereas husband of the deceased is in custody.

Considering the above stated facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
