JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 This petition is taken for hearing out of turn as the petitioner's mother is said to have died on 23-03-2016. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from the impugned order that the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since long but uptill now; he has not been put on test identification parade.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13874 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda).
