This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 447, 435, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific role attributed to the petitioner with regard to firing and causing injury to the informant and he is the member of the unlawful assembly and the injury is also simple in nature. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13341 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 with Kanti P.S. Case No. 272 of 2006 (Tr. No. 2053 of 2015), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear in the case on each and every date fixed by the Court below and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to the satisfaction of the Court below on reasonable grounds.
