2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 147 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 327, 385, 447, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner along with other co-accused is said to have assaulted the victim causing simple injury. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in jail since 13.05.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner having no
