====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------- 04-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.251 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that SIM No.7545036607, which was in the name of the co-accused Vikash Kumar, was found in use in the mobile of the petitioner. Similarly, the co-accused Rahul Kumar was also found using the SIM which was in the name of the co-accused Rakesh Kumar but SIM of the petitioner was not used in demanding the ransom.

No.19282 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 2/2 Further submission is that the similarly situated co-accused Rahul Kumar has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.10.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.35833 of 2015. The petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2014 and the charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pankaj Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.251 of 2014.
