Re.: L.P.A. No. 791 of 2019 This appeal filed on 05.07.2019 is listed for hearing for the first time today before the Court.

Patna High Court L.P.A No.791 of 2019(3) dt.25-02-2020 2/3 Appellant has preferred the present appeal for setting aside the order dated 04.06.2019 passed by the learned single Judge in CWJC No. 7816 of 2019 whereby and whereunder the learned Single Judge has been pleased to refuse to quash the communication contained in letter No. 2817 dated 07.03.2019 inter alia on the ground that in terms of the new policy dated 16.03.2019, the appointment of transportation and handing agent will be done on the e-tender process, without considering the fact that policy decision dated 07.03.2019 will not come into play in the case of the petitioner/appellant. After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not to be in favour of submission made across the bar, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to approach the authorities concerned by way of filing a representation highlighting the grievance in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the respondents states that any such request shall be dealt with expeditiously and in accordance with law.

Statement is taken on record.

In view of the same, the present appeal stands disposed of with a direction that any such representation is received from the appellant, the same shall be dealt with on its
