The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that two persons on the motor cycle came and robbed him.
The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. During the course of investigation, some of the witnesses disclosed that the petitioner was found fleeing away with Amit Yadav. He is in jail since 31.01.2015 but he was not put on T.I parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
