JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the victim, who was missing along with her two year children, and after that, petitioner gave information to the informant about the disappearance of victim. The informant expressed his suspicion against the petitioner and others. The victim is still traceless but it appears that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, as per submission on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner was arrested by the police on the date of institution of the first information report.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
