Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 246 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is said to have been made from the bush beside the boundary wall of the petitioner's house as is evident from the seizure list. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
