Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

According to prosecution case itself, co-accused Gautam Kumar and Subhash Kumar took the victim and so far as petitioner is concerned; it is alleged that he helped them in committing the alleged crime. The petitioner happens to be father of both the aforesaid Gautam Kumar and Subhash Kumar. No doubt, the victim has not been recovered as yet but taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let
