The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section 304 (B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that his daughter was married to one Fulo Mandal but she was killed for non-fulfilment of dowry.
The petitioners are mother-in-law and cousin mother-inlaw of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. The father-in-law of the deceased has already been granted bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20799 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrat, Rosera in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No.31 of 2006.
