The petitioner seeks bail in a case under different sections of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country-made pistol was recovered for which the petitioner is in jail since 7.2.2015. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than four and a half months and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S.Case No. 79 of 2015.
