The petitioners are in custody since 23.12.2014 and 18.12.2014 respectively in connection with Ballia P.S.Case No.434 of 2014 registered under Section 307 and other sections of the IPC and Sections 3 (i) (x) of the S.C./S.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case has been lodged by the informant as he himself is of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12815 of 2015 (2) dt.27-05-2015 2/2 criminal background and that the charge sheet in this case has been submitted. It is further submitted that the petitioners shall cooperate the court in trial so that the same may come to a logical end.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the period of custody, let the petitioners, namely, Jyoti Singh and Adalat Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri S.K. Singh, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S.Case No.434 of 2014.
