JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One person was caught and disclosed the name of the petitioner. Admittedly, except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 04.12.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No. 401 of 2014.
