On account of disappearance of Rani Kumari, a minor, her father made hectic search and during course thereof, came to know that Md. Nazim Ansari had enticed her away. It has also been disclosed that when he had gone to place of Md. Nazim Ansari to enquire whereabouts of his daughter, father, brother of Md. Nazim Ansari misbehaved with him. Girl has been traced out and her statement has been recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she had identified Md. Nazim Ansari to be her rapist who had taken her to Ludhiyana and further during said course, parents including brothers of Md. Nazim Ansari actively co-operated.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23487 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that Md. Nazim Ansari is under custody. It has also been submitted that father and other brother of petitioner had already been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 3220 of 2015. Petitioner happens to be in custody since 21.01.2015.

At the other end, learned Additional P.P. opposed the prayer.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner Mozim Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.N. Singh, learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POSCO Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 751 of 2014, G.R. No. 3317 of 2014.
