2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341 , 323 , 452, 354, 376, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . Prosecution case , in brief, is that both parties became acquainted, three years ago, which turned into friendship and they soon began interacting more frequently. The relationship blossomed into love and thereafter, on the pretext of marriage , this petitioner sexually exploited informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

During trial, victim in her deposition has not supported the prosecution case and stated in categorical terms that this petitioner has not committed rape with her rather this petitioner only threatened to make the video of informant viral on social media . Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail of this petitioner.
6. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Court of POCSO Cum district and Additional sessions Judge 6th Bhagalpur in Mahila Town Police Station Case No. 20 of 2024 and POCSO Case No. 86 of 2024 .
