JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for the Bihar Police Subordinate Service Commission. In the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought a relief that respondents should be directed to publish the result 20 times of the vacancies whereas Rule provides to publish the result 10 times of the vacancies.

It is appears that there cannot be special arrangement for special candidate to publish the result at 20 times of the vacancies. This Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
