29.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
The Petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 34 of 2015 arising out of Deoriya P.S. Case No. 09 of 2014 registered under Sections 448, 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 354, 452, 504 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the 10th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur. Considering the nature of allegations the Petitioner had been refused bail earlier, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21118 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffapur, and the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
