Petitioners are accused in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 512 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by her husband and in-laws.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners, who happen to be father-inlaw and mother-in-law of the deceased, used to reside separate but due to ulterior motive, they have falsely been implicated in this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13662 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 2/2 case. It is also submitted that husband of the deceased is already in custody and the petitioners are in custody since 28.11.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 512 of 2015 correspondent to G.R. No. 511 of 2015.
