The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is indecisiveness on the part of the District Magistrate, Bhojpur. The arms license of the petitioner was put under suspension on the occasion of Assembly Election, 2010. Thereafter the matter is pending at the level of the District Magistrate, Bhojpur as Arms Case No. 431 of 2010. Nine years have passed, yet District Magistrate, Bhojpur has not passed order.
Under the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Bhojpur to take final decision in Arms Case No. 431
Patna High Court CWJC No.11492 of 2018(3) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 of 2010, if not already decided, within a maximum period of four months after the general Election.
