The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the report dated 12.03.2021 of the District & Sessions Judge, Banka, the present application is disposed of with the direction to the District & Sessions Judge, Banka to positively conclude the trial by 7th of August, 2021 failing which the Court below shall not only release the petitioner but also furnish explanation to the Registrar
