2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, both the petitioners arrived and barged into the temple crossing its boundary and started abusing informant. It is further alleged that these petitioners assaulted informant by means of fists, legs and iron rod and also threatened him with dire consequences if he does not withdraw case no. 30 of 2024 lodged on 7.3.24.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are co-villagers and due to old enmity this false and concocted case has been lodged. Injury allegedly caused by these petitioners is simple in nature. Rest of the allegations are ornamental only to make the case grave.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Aandar P. S. Case No. 33 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
