2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sambhuganj P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 110, 352, 351(2), 118(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that two sides fought during immersion of Mata Sraswati in which the victim was injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Sambhuganj P.S. Case No. 35 of 2025.
