2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 708 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, some unknown criminal have killed the deceased.
4. From the impugned order and the case diary, it appears that petitioner has facilitated shelter to the accused persons after the crime was committed.
5. In view of the fact that the petitioner knowingly facilitated shelter to the accused persons of such a serious crime, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Therefore, this application is dismissed.
6. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within two weeks.
