JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 I.A.No.737 of 2015 has been filed for grant of provisional bail to the petitioner on the ground of marriage of his daughter, which is going to be performed on 14.05.2015 and the date for function of Tilak has been fixed on 7.05.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the merit of the case, the prayer for bail has been rejected vide order dated 18.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48344/2014 (Annexure-1 to the main bail petition). He further submits that the petitioner has also to transfer some lands to meet expenses of the marriage of his daughter. He further submits that after the marriage of his daughter is over and after the relatives will return from his house, he will surrender on 25.05.2015. Considering the facts and circumstances, the abovenamed petitioner will be released on provisional bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21770 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 11.05.2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in Bheldi P.S. Case No.25 of 2014 and he will surrender on 25.05.2015.
