The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 120 of 2020 dated 20.06.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Regard being had to the fact that four litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the cattle room of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
