JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 17.11.2015 in a case registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, the deceased died in other than normal circumstances within ten months of her marriage but specific allegation of illegal demand is against the husband of the deceased. The investigation against the petitioenr has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12194 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur Kotwali ( Adampur) P.S.Case No. 761 of 2015.
