JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Explosive Substance Act and later on, Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order as well as from submissions of the parties that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as petitioner and some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 14.06.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12586 of 2016 (2) dt.28-03-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 595 of 2015 arising out of Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 318 of 2015.
