2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that these petitioners kidnapped the son of the informant.

4. The victim, in his statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected.
