Members of the banned organization (Nuxali) raided the field of the informant under the leadership of Prabhudeo Yadav who demanded levy and to facilitate the same at his dictum, petitioner Harendra Manjhi shot at causing injury over hand of informant. Others have taken away the paddy crop in lieu of levy. It has also been disclosed that these Nuxalies were responsible for causing murder of his father for which Adapur P.S. Case No.131 of 2013 is there. Apart from criminal antecedent, there happens to be direct allegation against petitioner Harendra Manjhi to have shot at informant by means of firearm. Consequent thereupon, for the present I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail. Prayer for bail is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17130 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 So far petitioner Bindeshwari Ram Alias Bindeshwari Rai Alias Bindeshwari Yadav is concerned, taking into account his period of detention since 03.09.2014 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No.192 of 2013.
