JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have been caught along with one country made loaded pistol for which he is in jail custody since 24.10.2015.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but taking note of the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody in the present case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Samastipur in connection with Chakmaheshi P.S.Case No. 57 of 2015.
