Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 6.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 62194 of 2018 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail once the charge has been framed in this case and there is allegation of recovery of stolen motorcycle behind the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the charge has been framed in this case and he is in custody for more than one year and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 203 of 2018, G.R. No. 1906 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition is that petitioner has to appear in court and co-operate in disposal of the case, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
