The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 78/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the accused side sustained grievous injury and the prosecution side has sustained simple

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Katihar, in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 78/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
