The petitioner seeks bail in Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Rajesh Pandey son of the deceased made specific allegation against the petitioner Bal Kishor Gupta that he assaulted his father with bamboo stick on his head. The father of the deceased died on account of injury found on the head.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to hold the trial on day-to-day basis so that the trial may be concluded within six months as the petitioner is in jail for about one year.
