JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but general allegation of assault has been leveled against the petitioners and other accused and having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Suresh Ram and six others have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43295 of 2015. However, it appears that only one stitched wound was found on the person of the deceased though it is stated that altogether nine persons assaulted the deceased.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
