JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.02.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 414 of the IPC and under Section 20, 22 and 23 of N.D.P.S. Act.
The informant intercepted a motor cycle when the driver of the motor cycle escaped from the scene but from the motor cycle 1 1⁄2 kg. Ganja was recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is not made from the petitioner. Statement has been in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.15149 of 2016 (3) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 Considering the recovery of contraband of small quantity, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 148 of 2015.
The learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in case the petitioner gets involved in similar offence or defaults without any reasonable cause on three consecutive occasions.
